Canadian owned and operated, we have a strategic advantage and a deep understanding of the markets in which we invest in. Our goal is to create value for our unit holders.
Perimeter Capital Partners is a private lender to the commercial and residential mortgage markets. We also do lending to companies for inventory purchasing, receivables and cash flow management. We are primarily focused on the B lending market for first and second mortgages. Most of our lending is short duration lending with a time horizon of 12-24 months.

Private Portfolio
Prime Ontario REIT is a Private REIT, that is not traded on a public exchange. Unit prices are calculated quarterly, offering ease from daily fluctuations. The Net Asset Value of the REIT is based directly upon the market value of the underlying real estate.
